I made the mistake last month of logging onto realage.com (for some reason, I can't get the link to work today). I completed a long questionnaire. Based on your responses, you are given your "real" age. Well my true real age is 52.5 but now I have been assessed as having a real age of 63.7.
So, realage.com has decided to send me emails to give me suggestions on reducing the age they have assigned to me.
One suggestion had the headline "Turn Off Hunger With This Drink."
I'm open to anything, so I clicked on that.
YUCK! This drink is made with fat-free cottage cheese, 1% low-fat buttermilk, half an avocado and agave nectar.
I think I'll stick to my junk food and be old and happy.

Well, that drink certainly sounds like an appetite killer. At least. I'm with you: stick with the habits you know & enjoy; all change is not for the better.
Oh yuck is right. I did some stuff with that link a few years ago. They will haunt you unless you tell them to get lost. :-)
I'd rather drink that than go on another bad date, lol.
Oh gross! I never did one of those questionnaires. I'm happy not knowing. The answer would probably just depress me.
That drink sounds awful, I think I would rather stick to junk food as well.
As for your age, it is just a number. You are how you feel.
Yucky! Yuck, yuck and more yuck! Gimme food that's bad for you since it always tastes better than the healthy stuff and is cheaper. When they address those issues I will eat healthy. ;-)
Loved this post! And couldn't agree more - why is it that what "they" deem as 'healthy' is always something that puts you off before you even try?
I do not want to drink my food...
Thanks for the laugh, tho - I did need that!
There are ways to improve your life and/or diet (if you choose) without resorting to a mess like that one! Yuck!
